Hi,
I've used Draytek routers for a number of clients and setup VPN's with relative ease even for someone with limited comms knowledge like me.
However I've come to setup a VPN to my home office and haven't been able to get it to work.
I have BT Infinity, a BT Openreach Modem connected to WAN2 of my 2820.
Internet Access and all normal functions are fine, but can't get a incoming VPN connection to work at all. I've read some forums suggesting BT block VPNs but can't find any mention of this on the BT site.
I have also noted that I can't ping my routers IP Address - even tho I have unticked the "Disable Ping " option.
any suggestions/experiences appreciated
