2860 - Allow ping from a single IP address

2860 - Allow ping from a single IP address was created by c_liddy
I'm trying to block all ping requests to the WAN apart from 1 remote IP address but I can only either allow all or deny all.
I've created a couple of WAN - LAN firewall rules that allow ping from the IP address concerned but deny all others but this doesn't work.
Any ideas?
