Vigor 120s Failing on the LAN Port

Hi,
We have around 30 Vigor 120s out in the field, all on BTW ADSL lines, and have had to replace nearly every single one at some point due to them failing on the LAN port.
ADSL sync remains good but PPP sessions drop consistently, rarely lasting more than a few seconds, due to the router's inability to communicate on the LAN port to the router.
Unplugging the router for a few days seems to resolve the issue for a while, but almost always reoccurs at some point again.
Has anyone else seen this behavior?
Having replaced nearly 30 routers over the last year or so, some of which are less than 12 months old, we're considering stopping using them.

got exactly the same issue with a couple 2930s connecting to 120 modem
the DSL light goes Solid, the LAN light has activity for a while then it just goes off and then the router states ppp shut down.
The time the inter stays up for is very intermittent?
Do you know if its the 120 or the router?

The v120 issue affected quite a few units towards the end of 2912 but your replacements will be fine as are new units now.
