Using the 2850 guide another user posted on here I managed to figure it out and got it working...
You need to get the option 60 and 61 details from your SKY HUB...
Update the FIRMWARE of Draytek 2750 to 1.5.3 (available from ftp.draytek.com)...
Used DHCP as the WAN Connection:
Vendor Class Identifier: "2.1m.3173.R|001|SR102|serialnumber"
Client Identifier: "username@skydsl|password"
Also enabled clone MAC and typed in my SR102 MAC
Finally enabled WAN VLAN ID with a value of 101
Now I have Sky Fibre working with my 2750vn connected directly to the phone line...
