P2261 - VLAN configuration was created by jaadu
Hi,
I find the documentation for the P2261 switch not very enlightening and am having problems getting VLAN tagging to work. Can anyone please provide the proper webgui settings to have the following?
port 1 - trunk port to VLAN aware router (allow all tagged and untagged traffic) - egress & ingress - do not add/remove tags, do not drop packets
port 2 - access port to vlan UNaware device (allow untagged traffic only) - egress & ingress - do not tag untagged traffic, drop tagged traffic
port 3 - access port to vlan UNaware device (allow tagged traffic only) - egress - untag traffic tagged with VLAN ID 100 and drop other packets, ingress - tag untagged traffic with VLAN ID 100 and drop other packets
port 3 - access port to vlan aware device (all untagged and tagged traffic) - egress & ingress - do not add/remove tags and do not drop packets
port 4 - access port to vlan aware device (allow tagged traffic only) - egress & ingress - only pass traffic (tagged) with VLAN ID 200, drop other packets
port 5 - access port to vlan aware device (allow untagged traffic only) - egress & ingress - only pass untagged traffic, drop other packets
Any help of insight is GREATLY appreciated!
Thanks,
Al

port 1 - trunk port to VLAN aware router (allow all tagged and untagged traffic) - egress & ingress - do not add/remove tags, do not drop packets -Leave untagged in DEFAULT VLAN and TAG in VLAN 100 and 200
port 2 - access port to vlan UNaware device (allow untagged traffic only) - egress & ingress - do not tag untagged traffic, drop tagged traffic -Leave untagged in DEFAULT vlan
port 3 - access port to vlan UNaware device (allow tagged traffic only) - egress - untag traffic tagged with VLAN ID 100 and drop other packets, ingress - tag untagged traffic with VLAN ID 100 and drop other packets -Untag in VLAN100 and remove from other VLANs port one that is the Tagged Member of this port will do the tagging.
port 3 - access port to vlan aware device (all untagged and tagged traffic) - egress & ingress - do not add/remove tags and do not drop packets -Leave untagged in Default and TAG all other (if you actually want in on all VLANS)
port 4 - access port to vlan aware device (allow tagged traffic only) - egress & ingress - only pass traffic (tagged) with VLAN ID 200, drop other packets -untag in VLAN200 and removed all others
port 5 - access port to vlan aware device (allow untagged traffic only) - egress & ingress - only pass untagged traffic, drop other packets -Same as Port 3
Any help of insight is GREATLY appreciated!

Sorry I missed you have listed Port 3 twice, you will need to change the PVID on the ports what you want it to must be on that VLAN
For example port 5 you just want on VLAN200 so the PVID would be 200
