Can't access configuration on 2930N was created by philguk
Suddenly, for no aparrent reason, I can't access the configuration utility on my 2830n router
It's still working as a router and I have no problems accessing the internet
It is 192.168.0.1 on my LAN, and I can ping that with speedy results
BUT If I try and access that IP from my browser, it says Oops! Google Chrome could not connect to 192.168.0.1 !!
I also have remote access enable via a unique port
But I can't access configuration that way either
It's as if the configuration utility has died - is that possible?
Thanks for ANY suggestions (apart from a "factory reset" - if I can avoid that, then I'd rather do so!)
Cheers

OK, I did a hard reset - NOW it seems to be happy again
Any clues or places to look for clues??

OK, still looking for an explanation for this
I'd enabled logging to an external device (a USB thumb drive) about 10 minutes before it froze, and removed the drive before restarting
Logging is now disabled and all seems OK
I might try re-enabling logging tomorrow but I'm not sure I want my router to sulk again!
