thatd quite an open question as there are various ways to do it
Are you using just a static IP / Dynamic / PPPoE??

hmm, i am slightly confused here which one is the right option to choose. I configured my normal ADSL port using PPPoA. I have two fixed public ip addresses from the talktalk. I used fixed ip address and talktalk dns ip address with username and password.

you shouldn't need WAN2 in this case then
Configure the ADSL interface with you talk talk details, static IP and in the IP alias add the 2nd IP address.
The router will then response on both IPs

basically i want to use this router for load balancing purposes. Thats why i bought two independent DSL connections. Therefore, I need to configure a separate connection on 2830vn.
