Dual Wan selecting providers was created by jaller79
Hi
Have used dual wan for 3 years split between BE and BT this ahs worked well - until
BE has migrated to SKY - we were told to buy a 120 vigor configure in bridge but can we get this to work????
SKY are useless will not provide def gateway etc
so we are looking to choose another provider to accompany BT.
Any choices - require good up speed for Citrix and a static.
Can anyone also advise - in general - two lines go to same exchange if the xchange is down you loose both.
Basically covers you from individual provider outage.
Thanks
John

chances are if both line are in the same exchange then its all on BT kit anyway
We have site where the lines are from different providers and it the Exchange goes then both go but in other places they don't.
I think unless you get to see in the Cab yourself and what you are plugged into its hard to say for sure
