Cant get 2760n to connect to Sky Fibre was created by plackets
Afternoon I have just bought a 2760n to replace my Sagem 102 from sky
I have followed the various threads to get my the data required for the DHCP 60 / 61 settings
I have also updated the 2760n firmware to 1.2.0

I followed the main thread on settings for the 2850n although there are clearly differences with the 2760n

I have tried both "both and VDSL2 only" in the profile setting
I tried creating a new WAN profile - but could not stop the default profile from attempting to connect even after disabling it!
I have tried setting up PPPoA and DHCP but I am running out of options!

The router hardly even attempts to connect before the connection drops again -

Does someone have this working on the 2760n and if so please could you send me the config you used for the WAN pages - as I am stuck and can't get onto the internet with the new router -

Thanks
Simon

Fixed - I had missed the connection between the VLAN TAG and VLAN Encapsulation - all working now encapsulation set to 101 - :D

Simon

Do you happen to have the walkthrough of your settings applied into to 2760, please? I've been struggling with the 2760n I received last week and, like you, am near tearing my hair out!

Thanks

I've spoken to SEG this morning and this is the definitive setting list for Sky's FTTC offering:

Network>WAN>DSL Mode
Physical type: VDSL2 Only
Both checkboxes remain unchecked

Network>WAN>DSL>Edit PVC1
Profile type: VDSL2
IP Version: IPv4
Protocol: DHCP
MTU: 1500
VLAN Encapsulation: Check
VLAN ID: 101
IPv4 Setting -
Default Route: Check
DHCP Option - data obtained from Wireshark
60: Sky Hub String eg: 2.1q.3595.R|001|SR102|ABCDEF12345678
61: Username and password eg: 1a2bc3d456ef@skydsl / 123456ab7

Hope this helps.

Are these settings the same for DrayOS firmware?
