IE11 Ignores Filters

Hi All.

I have a Vigor 2830, I've set the filters for blocking facebook exactly as per this video:

and per this video also:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0S8QJHz2Rvo

While Google Chrome is unable to get on to Facebook, IE11 seems to completely ignore the filters.
Any suggestions? Am I doing something wrong?
