Hi All,

Any help is appreciated, I have set up FTP access and created an USB account for this with full read/write permissions.

However every time I try to connect via the web or filezilla my account is rejected.

Is anyone able to assist with this issue?

Thanks for the response, this is already set up at a bit of a lost cause at the moment.

Hey I just notices this, I posted the same problem in the "General Usage" section and stupidly only searched there.

Did you resolve the issue? I also cannot delete files from the attached drive when mapped to Windows or a Mac, only via the web interface. Wondering if you had that issue too?
