Thanks, a small suggestion ... perhaps if you make it sticky - on top of the other threads (maybe is better at wifi section ) it can be viewed easy at any time

would having more wifi signals, i.e. more APs (located around the room) make the potato cook quicker?

Microwaves have to be concentrated; they disperse easily, so around the room wouldn't help. They'd all need to be inside a housing to keep them contained.
