I recently bought a Vigor2760 to replace a ZyXEL.
I had lots of problems getting connected to Karoo, I searched all over the internet for answers and tried everything, I was even on Karoo's tech support for a fair bit too.
But I figured it out in the end and I'm posting here for people who might have the same problems,..

So here is my solution..
Firstly I would suggest you reset the router to start a clean..

Next under WAN / General Setup / Wan 1.. Disable the VLAN Tag insertion (VDSL2):.. Yes, that's right DISABLE, everywhere on the internet suggested Enabling this..

Then under internet connection set the protocol to PPPoE, and then just put your username and password in.. Simple...

After doing this Speedtest.net gives me 62.16 Mbps & 6.09 Mbps... Nice!!!

Hi, I'd have originally suggested it be disabled in the first place for Karoo, but used PPPoE.

What version of firmware are you using?
