Vigor 2860n+ Blocking all ports except to VPN connections

Vigor 2860n+ Blocking all ports except to VPN connections was created by gazzash
We have 4 servers on public ip's on a 2860n+ on the routed sub-net provided by the router.
We have a number of clients connecting to these public ip's through FTP Telnet etc......yes I know, bad
Is there a way of blocking all external ports on the sub-net and only allowing FTP Telnet etc port connections through a vpn dial in?
