Hi

I've just picked up a 2860n-plus. Plugged it in and put the settings I thought are right, but can't get broadband as yet.

Firstly I didn't realise when I bought it was an annex b and came with a European charger... I'm not familiar enough with broadband to know if there is anything significantly different about "european" broadband vs UK broadband which will make this incompatible (I'm presuming not but thought it worth a mention here just in case).

Secondly I presume I can just use an RJ11 to RJ45 adapter to hook the broadband in (since the annex b has an RJ45 for the DSL socket).

Thirdly has anyone had any experience in setting up one of these with Utility Warehouse fiber (provided through BT)? Are the settings for this listed anywhere?

Unfortunately you have the wrong router. Annex B is for ADSL over ISDN which isn't implemented in the UK.

Why not send it back to Utility warehouse? Do they even sell routers? I thought they did gas bills !

UW sell Internet not draytek routers.
