CVM not creating VPN

Hi,

I have two routers, one 2860 at the main site, and a 2760 at a remote site. I have ACS configured, and the 2760 is showing up on the 2860's central VPN management screen. However, when I try to create a VPN between them, nothing happens. No configs are appearing on either the primary or remote routers.

Is there anywhere to look for logs, debug info, etc.?

The remote router has this info when viewed in CVM
