Hello,

We are trying to setup a 2850 with our connection and struggling with the settings.

The line used to be an o2 line back before sky took them over so the login details we have was for the old o2 account (install@o2broadband..... etc)

I know this is now a Sky Fibre line and they are fussy with the authentication method.

Can anyone supply the correct settings for setting this connection up please?

Also do we need to clone the MAC address from the original sky router or are their ways around this too?
