Hi. I have a newly installed Draytek 2860ac running FW version 3.7.8.3. The 1 month (trial) APP Enforcement license expired a few days ago.

Apparently - according to what I have read on the Draytek support site, I can activate for another year free of charge - except I cannot.

Error I get is:

Authorization Error

Browser not authentication-capable or authentication failed

Has never been a problem on my Draytek 2925n...

I have tried this with multiple browsers and versions (compatibility mode etc.) - Chrome, FF and IE.

Any ideas? I would log this with Draytek - but after another (recent) support case I logged - in which they were entirely of no help, and didn't answer any of my questions - I thought I would ask the community first.
