Seem to be having an issue where when I select a PC or multiple PCs (all windows 7 machines) to have Bind IP to MAC (not strict) the machine does not get its dhcp allocation also, in ARP diagnostics the machine in question is shown as having an ip address of S192.168.3.1 (note the S in front of the 192) - I presume this is why the PC is not getting its allocation.

Our DHCP scope from the 2860 is 192.168.2.* but we set these specific machines to bind to ip 192.168.3.* - this used to work on older firmware but not this one it seems, is this a fault or known issue?
