Hi,
Hoping someone can help.

We have recently purchased a Vigor2860ac and a VigorAP900 and what we are wanting to do is create two SSIDs on the router (so have the AP Centrally managed) and have the AP simply to extend the wireless network as it is a big building which is why having just the router wireless wouldn't be good enough.

I have tried many ways to make it so that if users are in the building they see two SSIDs (Company_Main & Company_Guest) but all I keep seeing is Company_Main & Company_Guest then 4 more SSIDs that the AP is broadcasting (Draytek-LAN-A, Draytek-LAN-B, Draytek5G-LAN-A, Draytek5G-LAN-B) even though within the router under Central AP management the AP is there and under the AP Settings Centrally managed is selected.

Maybe I am doing something wrong or someone can point me in the right direction to a thread where someone else has experienced this issue and you kind people have already helped them out (I have looked for a thread before I posted honest! :D )

Thanks in advanced all!
Dean

Draytek support kindly assisted.

FYI for anyone with the same problem guides below

- consider using WDS bridge mode on the AP-900
http://www.draytek.co.uk/support/guides/ap-900-wds-bridge
- or the Universal repeater mode
