Quick question, If I have a POTS phone connected to the Phone port (via the included adapter) and I have the Line port connected directly to the BT master socket phone port, should the phone ring when I receive a POTS call?

VoIP calls ring my phone but I am unable to receive POTS calls. If I plug my phone directly into the master socket phone port it works. I've ruled out the included DrayTek BT to RJ11 cable by plugging the RJ11 side directly into the phone and again, it works.

Am I doing anything wrong or do I have a faulty unit.

Same problem here, did you find out anything?

I updated to the latest firmware and reset back to defaults and it started to work.

Haven't pinned it down to an exact setting, sorry.
