I require some assistance with setting up a 4g dongle with a vigor2830.

I have already got about 8 kits using a 3g dongle and it works with no issues. I have recently purchased a 4g dongle and sim(Model MF823 on BT network) and am having troubles.

Now the dongle is listed in the supported dongles list on the draytek website and I have the most up to date firmware on the device(3.6.8.2_sb_232201) however when I look on the supported modems list on the router the device is not there. Doe that mean that I have the incorrect firmware on the device? I can see a wimax icon when the dongle is connected and I have also checked this on my pc and I can get to the internet. I have also checked my APN settings are they are correct(as far as I am aware)

Can anyone suggest anything to get this working?

After posting this I managed to get the dongle working. Not the way I want it because the network on the USB is down as a 192.

I am going to submit a support ticket to draytek and see if they can assist.
