Just a quick thank you for everyone who commented with ideas on how to fix my playstation issue.

I also contacted Draytek's help service and they gave me the following things to try, which has fixed the issue. Here's the settings they suggested changing:

1. Firewall > General setup - Disable the Strict Firewall, this is not required but by default it is enabled.

2. Firewall > General setup - Enable "accept large fragmented UDP or ICMP packets"

3. Applications > IGMP - Enable snooping and proxy

4. Save and re boot. the router.

Also, make sure you have the Playstation 3 on automatic network settings.

Both errors on the PS3 and PS4 have now gone. I hope this may help any Playstation users if they have they same issue.
