NAT/Routing Policy to be set on WAN interfaces

NAT/Routing Policy to be set on WAN interfaces was created by jason.fell
I would like to have NAT/Routing policies to be set on the WAN interface rather than from the LAN side.
Which causes issues when configuring a back up (Ad-HOC) connection (using 3G/4G) if the primary MPLS connection were to fail.
