Since hotspot web portal is in the works , one of my property's is in shut down till march , 4 x Vigor AP900's and a Vigor 2860vac with dual LAN (vlan via port separation on Vigor 2860)

Would be good to test a beta firmware if available to test hotspot for guest LAN and draytek could login and inspect how it's going etc

Might be worth raising a case with Draytek support offering yourself as a beta tester ?
Obviously, it's not a "production down" issue (and worth mentioning in the case) but it would get it on the radar.
I'm not quite sure how it works with Draytek (perhaps one of the admins here has a better idea ?)
You could at least get the ball rolling and I would imagine it would be good to let them know it's something you want, if you explain what you're trying to do then they could at least (probably) give you a "Yes, we're working on it" or "Oh, hadn't thought about that"
