Schedule issue

I have set up a schedule to block internet access from most addresses on the LAN overnight from 22:00 until 10:00 the following morning.

The internet blocking commences correctly at 22:00 but by the time I check it again at about 07:00 the internet is back up and available. This is confusing me.

Does anyone have any ideas? Does the schedule reset at midnight and need a further one from 00:00 to 10:00? (I shall try that and see but it seems a little unlikely!)
