I am trying to register a Draytek 2830 on the MyVigor website so I have it listed with my other devices.
When I try and register this device it does not let me and I think it is registered under another account (previous IT company)
How can I re-register this device? Bear in mind I have no access to the previous account and have no idea what it is?

I'd imagine you have to contact support and will need to convince them that you are the rightful owner as they can't cancel someone else's account just when
someone else claims it's theirs!

I can't register my device either (no Add button on the list of devices). I contacted DrayTek with my device's MAC address and serial number and they confirmed that it is not registered under another account but didn't offer me any help other than a screenshot of the device's control page with the registration link highlighted. (I got that, thanks. It doesn't work.)
