Hello,

I have a Vigor 2860ac 3.8.2_vt2, and a Huawei e3272 LTE USB modem with an EE sim card.

The 2860 works as expected with the talktalk adsl line, the issue is that the Vigor does not seem to recognise the Huawei E3272, even though it is listed in the modem compatibility list for the 2860 model of Vigor.

Randomly it also does not appear as connected on the dashboard. I don't even think I've seen it in the USB devices list under the modem header.

I've had the USB modem connected to a laptop and it has behaved normally - just doesn't seem to work with my Vigor.

Any hints, tips or blindingly obvious statements would be much appreciated at this stage as I'm stuck.

I'm going to see if it works in the 2830 I've got back at the office.
