I used this router for its voip facility with another isp a few years ago but cannot get online with 2800 and EE. Copied all the Brightbox settings, studied web advice re vpi vci dhcp but still at the Online Status screen it is stuck on Handshake in red and the WAN Status section is all red. clicking Dial PPPoE has no effect.
Does anyone else use a 2800 with EE? I just need to revive my voip use but may have to abandon the 2800 and buy a voip adapter for the BrightBox . Web access is fine with the EE Router

Bit more info, all the usual settings seem correct but I am puzzled by a couple of items:
I can find no MTU box in the Vigor settings, I am sure it used to be there! I assume it should read 1492 as per setting on EE router.
I can find no VLAN setting on the Vigor, this is 101 on the EE router.
