Vigor 2860 VLAN IP Addresses was created by rapsystems
I have a Vigor2860 (3.8.2_VT1) and have a issue regarding VLAN and IP Address allocation.

I looking at possibly of using VLAN's (Port Based) and as a test have enabled VLAN as follows:

VLAN0 P1 LAN 1
VLAN1 P2 LAN 2
VLAN2 P3 LAN 3
VLAN3 P4 LAN 4
VLAN4 P5 LAN 5
VLAN5 P6 LAN 6

VLAN tagging is not enabled.

The LAN subnets are as follows:

LAN 1 192.168.1.1
LAN 2 192.168.2.1
LAN 3 192.168.3.1
LAN 4 192.168.4.1
LAN 5 192.168.5.1
LAN 6 192.168.6.1

Regardless of which port a device is connected to it always gets an address of 192.168.1.x. Looking at the ARP Cache Table, the port is correctly identified but the Interface always says LAN1 and the VLAN is always VLAN0.

Am I missing something?

They look okay. How are you testing the IP addresses in each port? Are you doing a DHCP release ("ipconfig / release" in Windows) before moving the cable from port to port?

Current setup is as follows:

P1 Computers
P2 Servers/printers
P3 Development boards
P6 WIFI access point

Re-booting servers or printers for example still results in IP addresses in range 192.168.1.x.
