I have several Draytek 2960's

I've just updated 1 of them to firmware 1.20 and all went well apart from the wan upload speed has died.

I'm on a fibre line 80d/20u. The 2960 wan is receiving DHCP from the main router in the unit. I have 55-80mbit download on different speedtests and nothing more than 0.5-1mbit upload on these same tests. Now another 2960 with firmware 1.0.9.1 will give teh same download speeds and 17-19mbit upload every time. A pfsense box is showing the same results aswell as the main unit router. Its just the latest firmware on the 2960.

Ive factory reset this router and tried both wan ports and its the same. Any ideas on how to fix this, is there something I can turn off/disable to make it work again rather than downgrade the firmware.
