We have a number of customers with Control4 home automation systems and Draytek 2830 or 2860 routers
All customers are having the same problems which we can replicate in the workshop, However, if we use different manufacturers routers (TP-Link, Pakedge, Netgear) there is no problem.
We have been working on this for a couple of weeks with Control4 but with the issue seeming to be with the Draytek router we are struggling.
The issue we have is that when we access tunein we get a message sating loading, then after around 30 seconds we get a message saying network error, if we then re-access tunein it works straight away.
If we take a different route and access tunein via the control4 stations list, the list appears but if we click on a station icon nothing happens, if we now wait 30 seconds and try again it plays instantly.
Both the above problem are not evident with other manufacturers of router, only the draytek, we are using the latest firmware in both the 2830 and 2860
Could I ask if anyone else has experienced this with Control4, Is anyone from Draytek reading this and can offer an idea / updated firmware to resolve the issue?
We can test firmware here if required as we have a system set up to test just this issue.
