I had a 2860 which has a web filter license on it. I sold this and replaced it with a 2860AC. In my products list on the myvigor it shows both routers. So I VPN'd into the 2860 that I sold and logged into myvigor and it shows you can transfer the license.

It's asking me to complete a field in the transfer of "my_info pagetext22 New Owner".

How do I find this in the router I want it transferred to?
