Given the current 3.7.8.2 firmware version of my router, a Vigor2860n, is it necessary to download and install each listed firmware release, or can I just download the latest one and it will install all cumulative firmware updates?

You can go direct to 3.8.2.3BT recommended.

As always make sure you have a configuration backup (labelled as you'll forget in 6 months) from 3.7.8.2 before doing the upgrade.

If you haven't a complicated configuration it can be beneficial to do a reset upgrade and re-configure.

I have finally just received a reply from DrayTek support and they recommend going to 3.8.2.3 (548006 / non vector) being that I am currently on ADSL only, but in the event that I do eventually upgrade to fibre they suggest that then I should upgrade to the 3.8.2.3 Vector 3 formware.

Any thoughts?
