i have a draytek 2860n i have one vlan setup to only allow access to 2 websites. But i need users to be able to still update their apps and devices via google play and apple store, what do i need to do to allow these services?

basically i want to block a PCs with IP address range 192.168.1.10 to 192.168.1.200 from browsing the web apart form say microsoft.com as an example . They will still be allowed to use other Internet facilities such as email, FTP etc.
