Routing VLAN to WAN was created by shabbaranks
Hi,

I have a 2820 which I have 3 VLANS - VLAN1 is main network and VLAN2 & 3 are guest network.

VLAN1 192.168.1.x which goes to the Draytek and out to WAN

VLAN3 IP 192.168.3.x with a separate DHCP server (not the Draytek)

I want to keep the traffic completely separate how do I route the VLAN3 traffic to the internet?

Thanks

Are these port-based VLANs ?

If your DHCP server on the 192.168.3.0 network has the default gateway as 192.168.3.1 (assuming .1 is your Vigor) then the clients should get internet access. Then ensure the VLANs themselves are isolated from each other.

Hi
Yes these are port based VLANS the DHCP server for 3.X is on a different device not the Vigor so the default gateway for the on 3.X will be the IP of the access point (which is also the DHCP server). And yes the VLANS are isolated from each other.
