I'm trying to set up a 2860 to offer 10.240.x and 192.168.0.x on the same port.

Is this possible? I think it should be but I can't quite get it to work (without VLAN tags)

The Vigor 2860 series doesn't have the capability to do this, the Vigor 2960 and Vigor 3900 can though. It's not really a recommended setup because that would effectively put two broadcast domains on the same physical network, which could make things like DHCP unpredictable.

Many thanks for that - much apprenticed.

I was aware of the DHCP issue but don't use the inbuilt DHCP server in the Draytek so wasn't worried.

Shame it's a none starter on the 2860. Do you know of a 'How to..' note for the models which do support this?

Many thanks.
