Correct firmware for 2860ac? was created by isdoo
Hi,

Been informed of new firmware for the 2860ac?

My current firmware is 3.8.2.3_VT1

The router is operating on a BT Infinity 2

Bit confused with the various firmware versions on offer!

Thanks :)

3.8.4.3BT is the one you want.

Thanks.

However, I can't see a BT version

They appear to be.....

Vigor2860_v3.8.4.3-00_en.zip
Vigor2860_v3.8.4.3-01v_en.zip
Vigor2860_v3.8.4.3-02v_en.zip
Vigor2860_v3.8.4.3-03v_en.zip
Vigor2860_v3.8.4.3-05NBN_en.zip

I think I need Vigor2860_v3.8.4.3-01v_en.zip - but not 100% sure.

I've been putting on V2860_20170304_DrayTek_3843_VT2

Main problem faced with SBS2011 servers is even with DHCP switched off for both IPv4 and IPv6 it still shuts down the SBS DHCP as a conflicting server! Plug in old Netgear and it's fine. I've had this at 4 separate sites and only solution was to registry hack the SBS2011 DHCP checker.

I wonder what's the difference with VT firmware - and I didn't find it clear which firmware to use.

Thanks for the BT version though I'll need to try that.
