Logging access to certain websites was created by richbate
Hi folks. After a bit of advise.

I've got 7 remote sites/locations, each using the DrayTek Vigor2860. I've got suspicions staff are spending excessive amounts of time on non-work related websites.

I'd like to log each time someone on the network accesses these websites. I know the router has a built in Syslog system but i'm not sure it records to the level i'm after.

The alternative is to possibly set up a keyword filter, which instead of blocking access allows it to pass but logs the event in Syslog.

Is that possible?

Set up a filter (keyword) and enable logging. Set them to 'pass' but I think they would still be logged.

Have you told them that such sites are prohibited? Why not just block 'em ?
