Data Flow Monitor - gets it wrong was created by mbames
Vigor 2925.

My desktop PC is assigned a static IP (.101) and is currently download VS 2017 RC, but the data flow monitor thinks my PC is doing nothing and is showing all the traffic associated to another address .105 (which is assigned to my company laptop which then makes an AnyConnect VPN connection back to the corporate mothership.

Something is a tad wonky....

It is as if the number of sessions are correctly associated with the machine/IP address but the TX and RX rates are allocated to to the wrong IP.

Running the latest firmware

Following on from this, with my 2925 running 3.8.4 (latest firmware).

Is Hardware Acceleration enabled on the router? That can stop Data Flow Monitor from displaying accurate speeds.

It seems to be set to 'Auto' currently, sure that previously (prior to last firmware upgrade, it was set to off). Historically I've found a reboot fixed the DFM for a bit and then it goes wrong again. This may, or may not tie up with when I use my Cisco AnyConnect enabled laptop.

I'll set it to 'Disable' (Auto or Manual are the other options).....

That has got it back on track, will monitor for a bit and see how it fairs. I'd forgotten to check HA, as I thought it was turned off!

I still have the problem with Data Flow Monitor not showing valid information and my Hardware Acceleration is set to "Disabled" :-(
