Hi All,

First post here. I've got a draytek VDSL 2860 and I'm attempting to use it with a Samsung Smartthings Hub v2.0. What seems to be happening is that the hub is flapping between online and offline mode several times every minute on the draytek. When I've plugged in a spare ISP provided router the hub worked fine.

I'm currently thinking that the draytek is blocking the device regularly as I've checked the published ports that samsung says the hub uses and they are all open. The device has been allocated a static IP based on its mac address and I've even tried putting it directly into the DMZ.

Does anyone have any advice on how I can troubleshoot this perhaps with smart mirror or something similar if thats still supported.
