Incomplete SmartMonitor Uninstall

Incomplete SmartMonitor Uninstall was created by bisonframes
I ran SmartMonitor on Server 2008 R2 and didn't want it any more.

The uninstall has left the program directory behind and, still runs smartmonitor.exe and smwatch.exe processes on startup and has left several registry entries.

Does anyone know how to do a manual removal?
