Hi

I have a Vigor 3900 with 4 internet connections and am having issues with wan2-4

Lan IP 10.13.1.254/16
Wan1 Primary leased line. (100mb)
Wan2 192.168.1.254 (connected to adsl router on 192.168.1.1)
Wan3 192.168.1.254 (connected to adsl router on 192.168.1.1)
Wan4 192.168.1.254 (connected to adsl router on 192.168.1.1)

Users have no issue if only Wan1 is in use but do when 2-4 are enabled.

Load Balance is on the default setup to use wan1-4 and priority of 100 set on Wan1, 6 set on wan2-4. My issue is the users have issues with internet access randomly when it starts to use one of the adsl connections. Normally http may work some times, https normally always will fail.

I have even tried setting up load balance fail-over so if Wan1 is down it will use Wan2., Even trying policy route fail-over so if wan1 is down it will use a load balance group for wan2-4, or even simply one of the wan ports. Either of these result in the same issue when it fails-over.

I am rather lost on what to try next but am wondering it its because the adsl routers are all on the default settings so on the same ip address of 192.168.1.1

Can anyone give me any help on this, do the adsl routers need any specific changes?

You may have fixed this issue but you need to set the IP ranges on the WAN2-4 routers to be different to each other, e.g.:

Wan2 192.168.1.254 (connected to adsl router on 192.168.1.1)
Wan3 192.168.2.254 (connected to adsl router on 192.168.2.1)
Wan4 192.168.3.254 (connected to adsl router on 192.168.3.1)

Otherwise the Vigor 3900 cannot differentiate between the connections.
