We are having some issues with the Draytek 3900 and getting our VoIP service working with it. We are using Gamma's horizon service with Polycom VVX 410

I have configured the LAN but when I plug the phone into the LAN, it does not pick up an IP address through the DHCP, however machines can pick up an IP address on the LAN without issue. For anyone who is familiar with the handsets, the boot up process loops as it cannot get an IP address. If I manually put a static IP address into the phone then this eventually boots up but does not register.

We have a Draytek 2830 on-site at our office and the same phones and phone system work without issue with no configuration to the firewall required. I am guessing that this is something to do with the Draytek 3900 but wondered if anyone had any experience in configuring this to work with a VoIP system?
