First post so apologies if this has been answered or posted elsewhere, I've tried searching the web and the forum but no answers;

Does anyone know when support ends for the 2820 Vigors (firmware updates)? I've a customer with a number of them and I've been trying to push them to upgrade them to a newer model but need to go back with them with a clear answer if possible.

Technical support is available indefinitely but it was last sold probably 7-8 year ago (I'm guessing) so there wouldn't be any firmware updates, except for something really critical, and even that's unlikely. I don't think it's compatible with modern ADSL2+ and throughput/connectivity may be affected and the wireless is slow...but to be fair, if it's working and they're happy, it's a hard sell to upgrade
