During some point of me installing my first Vigor router, it was suggested I signed up for MyVigor. I kind of assumed it was the way you got support from DrayTek but all I can see on there is something about viruses and some very old competition. Am I missing something?

Cheers, Rob.

PS. How do you get support from Draytek?

MyVigor is for registering services like content filtering and other DrayTek services/software. You don't need it otherwise. UTM definitions are for some old discontinued products. For support, in the UK, go to www.draytek.co.uk/support.
