2860ac and 902 roaming handover issues was created by firkin13
I've got a 2860ac and I'm using a couple of 902 as extra access points. We also have a range of Apple phones that we use.

The idea was to be able to roam around with quick handover between AP's, so the SSID's and passwords were set the same across all devices.

I have found that the handover going from a 902 to the 2860ac can intermittently fail. Users can sometimes find that A) they dont get an IP address, or B) they get an IP address, but dont appear on any station list and cant access the internet or any other LAN device until the WiFi in the phone is restarted.

I've confirmed that its the 2860ac thats at fault, and the handover between the 902's work fine. All phones have fixed IP address (provided by the 2860ac DHCP - I've even tried using my NAS's DHCP but that didnt help.

I've tried many, many configuration variations including band steering, roaming, but nothing helps.

I assume that this is a firmware bug in 3.8.5.1_BT unless anyone can suggest anything else I can try?
