Invalid Licence Key when activating DrayDDNS on 2860AC

I tried to activate DrayDDNS on my 2860AC using f/w 3.8.6. I can see the ddns service configured on the MyVigor website, but when I ran the wizard on the router, I saw the option to sign up for the DDNS service, ran through the setup, but at the end got a message saying the licence key was invalid, or something like that. Now, the service just shows "inactive" and if I look at the DDNS log, it says
[@2:DrayDDNS (Global)] No Licence Activated.

Any ideas?

I've got exactly the same issue.

The hostname part of the drayddns.com is blank as well.

I've just emailed support to see if this can be looked at.

Slightly off topic but on your dashboard does the date/time show correctly or do you get an invalid message (I get this on two devices updates although one has reverted back to the correct info overnight) since updating to 3.8.6 ?

Yes - date and time seems fine for me - certainly haven't seen anything so far. Be interested to hear what you hear back from support, I'll log this as well so that understand yours isn't a one off....

I was just about to report this as well, but mine has *just* got the DNS name and activated itself...

and the bonus is that it works!

Well it looks as if the fix is to restart the Draytek as advised by support.

I did this and now have the host name visible and activated.
