I have managed to log in to the AP and update the firmware, however ive no clue how you connect it wirelessly to the router so we can actually use it?? Presumably your router is a 2862n or 2862ac rather than 2862 which has no wireless capability?
If its a plain 2862 you will have no option but to hard wire it to the access point.
