2860Ln "Device Not Found" was created by arj
I'm getting "Device Not Found" for the LTE connection with a Vodafone SIM. This was working but has now stopped (after a few weeks of not being used). Could the LTE "Device Not Found" be connected to a bad SIM? Vodafone have suggested gettnig a new SIM card but "Device not found" does not sound like a SIM related problem.

I think it's a fault; contact support.

I am also getting this ("Device not found") with our O2 SIM in the slot (also 2860Ln). 4G broadband stopped working a couple of weeks ago. There might have been a coincidental mast problem, which O2 fixed, but now I cannot get the router to even acknowledge the SIM.
The SIM seems to work in a phone - at least for texting (I think it's data-only).

@admin - when you say you think it's a fault - do you mean with the router or the sim? That would affect which support to contact.
